Team #6 "Building Blocks of a Organization".



This team talked about the structure of a system such as an organization consists of it's major components and dimensions. The desings of a system referents now the system deffez and interetates these components and dimensions. The strategy SBU consists in makes planning and control more manageable, is as profit centers. The parts of delegation process assigning responsability, granting authority, creating accountability.

Team #5 "Barriers in the Planning Process".

This team talked about the  kinds of  barriers that can inhibit succesful planning. In order for plans to be effective and to yield the desired results, managers must identify any potential barriers and work to overome them. Plans can’t be developed for a dynamic environment. Formal plans can’t replace intuition and creativity. Planning focuses managers attention on today’s competition, not on tommorrow’s survival. To plan successfully, managers need to use effective commuication acquire quality information, and solicit the involvement of others.

Team #4 "The Planning Process".



They said that effective business planning has to begin with an honest and realistic appraisal of the current position of the business, like writing a businnes plan, a management plan takes into consideration short and long term corporate strategies. It explains also that in a planning process creates assignments and timelines. The portion of the planning process should be to consider the habilities of staff members and the time neccesary to realistically complete their assignments.

Team #3 "The Management and the Task Environment".


We talked about the general environment that the management involves.
About the internal and the external environment and all the themes that they entail. This steps that we explained, are made for the success of a company, If they follow each one, the company will have a lot of success.
Also we talked about the social responsibility that a company has. For example, they have to make sure that the company isn't going to be dangerous to people.

Team #2 "Establishing Business Goals".

         
 This team talked about the goals in establishing a business and these are deemed difficult to achieve specific tend to increase performance more than goals that are not. They showed us that a goal can become more specific through quantification or enumeration such as demanding and increasing productivity or by defining certain tasks that have to be completed. They also said that in business goal setting encourage participants to put in substantial effort.

Team #1 "The Managing and the Manager's Job".






























This team defined the term Managment , the disscused the managment process, and identify various kinds of managers. The described the the different roles ans skills of managers, discussed various ways of acquiring managment skills, and examine the scope of managment in the contemporary organizations.
